38 years jail is the sentence for Launceston murderer Kerry Lee Whiting.
The 47 year old was found guilty by a jury of the attempted murder of his ex partner Natalie Harris in her Ravenswood home and the murder of her boyfriend Adrian Mayne.
He’d stabbed them both while they slept on November 25, 2021.

Whiting’s sentence includes a 24 year non-parole period.
